Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clair, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Heat Wheel Replacement. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal and disposal of existing heat wheel core sections, core retaining metal band, rubber seals, bearings, drive motor, drive gear box, drive belt, and speed controller from unit HRV-1. .2 Removal and disposal of existing heat wheel core sections, core retaining metal band, rubber seals, bearings, drive motor, drive gear box, drive belt, and speed controller from unit HRV-2. .3 Transfer from new heatwheel assembly the heat wheel core sections, core retaining metal band, rubber seals, bearings, drive motor and gear box, drive belt into existing unit HRV-1. .4 Install new speed drive controller into unit HRV-1, incorporate into controls. .5 Transfer from new heatwheel assembly the heat wheel core sections, core retaining metal band, rubber seals, bearings, drive motor and gear box, drive belt into existing unit HRV-2. .6 Install new speed drive controller into unit HRV-2, incorporate into controls. .7 Upon completion of work, deliver remaining parts from new heat wheel assemblies (heat wheel frames, core section frames) to district office for storage Tender Documents can be obtained from nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca
