Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade laboratory facility; and 3,396-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

Demolition and build-back of 3,396 sf on the 3rd floor of HQ into new clinic space, and minor renovations to existing lab and exam rooms on the 9th floor of WC. This is a phased project. The Owner designates the following person, as its Architect/Engineer representative regarding the technical Drawings and Specifications. Whitt, Marsha mmwhitt@leoadaly.com Hicks, Gregg gwhicks@leoadaly.com Question Deadline 10/24/2025 Respondents shall consider only those clarifications and interpretations to the Drawings and Specifications that the Project Architect issues by Addenda five (5) calendar days prior to the submittal deadline Instructions to bidders: - Prepare and submit competitive sealed proposals for consideration and ranking by the owner. - Submit individual responses to each criterion for selection listed under Question Group 2, as well as one full and comprehensive response under Question 1.12. - Acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the proposal. - All clarifications or interpretations that materially affect the requirements will be issued by the owner as an addendum; only written addenda are binding. - Only proposals received by the stated deadline will be considered; late proposals or HUB subcontracting plans will remain unopened. - Proposals must not be delivered by telephone, facsimile, postal mail, or e-mail. - Properly submitted proposals will be opened publicly via a virtual meeting and the names of respondents read aloud after HUB subcontracting plans are confirmed. - All contact regarding the RFP must be directed to the designated owner's representative; respondents shall restrict all other contact with the owner.
