Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Banner Elk, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 528-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of construction work for the "Part F Park Project" and includes a 528-square-foot restroom building, a 10 gpm 1-horsepower well pump, a 30' wide hexagonal prefabricated picnic shelter, a 40' wide prefabricated amphitheater stage with roof, and associated grading, concrete work, and grassing. Bidders must hold a valid North Carolina General Contractors license with a classification of "Building" or "Unclassified." For all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The Town of Seven Devils reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids and encourages small, minority, female, and local contractors to bid. Requests for withdrawal of bids shall be in accordance with Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders.
