Storm Water Services (Storm Water) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide professional engineering services for the Various Storm Water Services Project (Project). There are 2 Scopes of Services identified in this RFQ. Companies may seek consideration for any and all Scopes of Services. The Scopes of Services are as follows: Specified Major Storm Drainage Improvements (FY26) and Specified Major Storm Drainage Improvements (FY27). Project descriptions for all Scopes of Services can be found in Exhibit 1. Questions Due Date: Oct 23rd 2025, 5:00 PM EDT The projects are anticipated to be assigned and initiated as documented under each Scope of Services, but are subject to change based on future City Capital Improvement Project (CIP) priorities and funding.
