The City of Ormond Beach is soliciting quotes to maintain (10) pond fountains and maintain (14) pond site. SCOPE OF SERVICES Maintain (10) pond fountains, please see attached maps for the locations of each pond and associated fountain equipment. Task 1: Fountain Cleaning (Monthly) Cleaning services will include: Clean intake screens Clean and align all water feature jets Clean and check light fixtures for lamps or damaged cords, check alignment Repair lighting as authorized(*lamps/lenses/gaskets) Clean and check float, adjust ballast as needed Inspect all accessible plumbing and repair any leaks as needed Test all control panel components for proper operation: timers/breakers/relays/overloads (*repairs only as authorized) Deadline for questions: October 10, 2025, by 5PM , Any questions concerning conditions and specifications shall be directed to the Purchasing Coordinator via email - rob.hart@ormondbeach.org CLARIFICATION/CORRECTION OF QUOTATION: The City of Ormond Beach reserves the right to allow for the clarification of questionable entries and for the correction of OBVIOUS MISTAKES.
