Renovation of a fire / police facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Make all necessary disconnects, removals, and modifications to allow for installation of a complete and operable Plumbing & HVAC system as generally described below and shown on the attached mechanical/plumbing plans dated 11/13/2024. All work will follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions and guidelines. The Plumbing work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Furnish & install new water, waste and vent systems for bathrooms and kitchen including shower bases, toilets, sinks, faucets, fixtures, and suggested manufacturers accessories. 2. Furnish & install new properly sized gas lines and final connections to all appliances including range, grill, water heater(s). 3. Furnish & install new gas fired Tankless Water Heater(s) and Unit Heater(s) with exhaust piping and valves. The HVAC work shall include but is not limited to the following: 1.Furnish and install new hard ducted Energy Recovery System (ERV) 2.Furnish and install VRV Heat Pump systems with Fan Coil Units and individual thermostats in locations throughout the building. 3.Furnish and install ducted exhaust fans, fan/lights and electric baseboard wall heaters 4.Furnish and install all properly vented condensate drains at all new equipment in accordance with manufacturers specifications. 5.Furnish and install properly supported dryer exhaust duct terminated at dryer equipment and discharging at the exterior of the building through a wall cap.
