Remodeling of an industrial development in Trimont, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade industrial development.
Provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to supply and install five (5) insulated commercial overhead doors, size 12' x 12', with 2 windows each, white in color. Include photo-eye safety sensors for each door, outdoor antenna for improved remote operation range, and new openers with two (2) remotes per door (total of 10 remotes). Services to include delivery and installation of all doors and components, connection of photo-eye sensors (with a valid low voltage license), setup and programming of remotes and antenna, testing and adjustment of all doors for proper operation, and removal and cleanup of installation debris. The contractor shall provide proof of liability insurance to the City of Trimont by presenting a Certificate of Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000. The project will be awarded to the lowest bidder; however, the City of Trimont reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the bid in the best interests of the City.
