Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Edina, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The selected firm will work with City of Edina, Hennepin County, and adjacent developers to begin design of an underpass on France Avenue between Gallagher Drive and 72nd Street. The underpass would connect neighborhoods east and west of France Avenue. It is anticipated that the selected team would have experts in people first design of pedestrian facilities. This will not be a typical pedestrian connection under the road. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
