Renovation of an educational facility in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Bids will be received for Valley View Middle School Lighting Replacement. Copies of the bid documents are available at American Reprographics Company with a deposit check of $70 and a non-refundable check of $30 required for each set. A $70 refund will be issued if sets are returned in good condition within ten calendar days. Bids must be addressed to the Director of Business Services and clearly marked in the envelope. Late bids will be returned unopened. Proposals must be made on bid forms in the project manual, including a certified check or bidders bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide satisfactory labor and material payment bond and performance bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty days after bid opening without consent. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and select the bid that best meets its needs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
