Renovation of an educational facility in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 Reroofing - Phase 2 at Edina High School. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, using the forms provided in the bidding documents. Envelopes must be sealed and marked with the project name, bidder’s name and address, and the date and hour of the opening. All bids must be on a lump sum basis and submitted without alterations, additions, or erasures. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the opening without the consent of the Board of Education. Bidding documents are available for a fee via digital download. Each bid must include Bid Security and the Responsible Contractor’s Affidavit as described in the Instructions to Bidders. List of plan holders, project cost estimate (if available), and bid results may be viewed online.
