Bids are being accepted for the Concord 2026 Flooring Replacement. Submit sealed bids for the work until 1:00 p.m. on February 25, 2026. Bids must be addressed to the Director of Business Services and clearly marked to indicate contents. Proposals must be made on the provided bid forms and include a certified check or bidder’s bond equal to five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process or advertisement. Both a deposit and a non-refundable check are required for bid documents. No bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty days after opening without the Board’s consent.
