Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a 40,000-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify Subcontractors for work on the City of Edina - Fred Richards Park project. Successful Responders will be eligible to submit competitive proposals for work and enter into a contract with Hoffmann + Uhlhorn Construction Company, the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@r) for the project. The project titled Fred Richards Park - Bid Package #3100X includes surcharging approximately 40,000 sqft and removing trees across the project site. The estimated total cost of construction is approximately $500,000. Subcontracts that will be awarded are for Bid Package #3100X, Tree Removals and Surcharging. Interested parties should obtain RFQ Documents via email request to Lisa Knox. H+U Construction will not be responsible for notifying parties about addenda if documents were obtained without contacting H+U Construction.
