Renovation of an educational facility in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Supply all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, and tools necessary for the entire proper completion of this Work; install, maintain, and remove all equipment for the proper execution of this Contract; be responsible for the safe, proper and lawful performance of equipment, maintenance and use of the same; and perform in the best manner, and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Contract Documents or reasonably implied therein. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Architect/Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date of bid opening will not be answered. Sealed bids in duplicate are invited for 2026 Reroofing - Phase 1 at Edina High School. Bids must be submitted using the provided forms, sealed and clearly marked with the project name, bidder's name and address, and time of bid opening. All bids should be lump sum, submitted without alterations, additions, or erasures. Bid security and a Responsible Contractor's Affidavit are required with the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. Bidding documents are obtainable for a fee by digital download. Plan holders will be notified of addenda via email. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty (30) days after the opening without consent. Further instructions are available in the bidding documents.
