Laramie County Fair MK Building Roof Overlay Laramie County is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for a roof overlay at the Laramie County Fair MK building located at the Archer complex. Bids must be received by the Laramie County Buildings Manager at 309 W. 20th Street, Suite 1900, Cheyenne, WY 82001, and must be clearly marked with: Bids for: Laramie county Fair MK building roof, Bidders Name and address, and Bid submitted Date. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be considered. All bids shall be sealed and hand delivered or mailed. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, negotiate separately with competing respondents, waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or accept the bid or bids judged to be in the best interest of the County.
