This project shall repair hail damage to each building, including but not limited to EPDM roof material, seals on skylights, sheetrock, painting, new rooftop AHU hoods, exhaust ventilation caps, exhaust fan covers, exterior lighting, intercom horns, and other items replaced amongst both buildings, EIFS/Stucco repairs, metal roofing panels, parapet wall caps, exterior façade (masonry, stone, concrete masonry unit (CMU), and precast concrete wall caps) will need to be repaired/ replaced around both buildings at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) and C-5/159 Readiness Center, located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each bidder must have a drivers license and their vehicle registration in order to get access to the site. The State will reject bids from any BIDDER who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the Pre-Bid meeting or who departs from the tour before the tour is declared adjourned by the designated PROJECT MANAGER conducting the tour. Bidder(s) must also sign out on the attendance sheet. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. Bidders are cautioned to make careful observations of existing conditions at the site. Bidding questions shall be submitted electronically by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 12, 2021. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers electronically or in the form of a written addendum on or before October 15, 2021. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 12, 2021, will not be addressed. A bid security of 5% of the total bid price will be required of all bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required.
