Renovation of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a 80,315-square-foot educational facility.
Scope of Work: The Scope of the Project Will Include the Construction of a New elementary School Facility on Existing Property Owned by the Laramie County School District Number one. The Existing Arp Elementary school Site Located in the South Triad Will Be Used for the Development of a New K-4 Elementary School with a Planned Capacity of 550 Students With the Sfd Allowable Building Area of 80,315 Gsf. The Existing school Will Be Abated and Demolished and Included in the Construction Bid Packet. The Playground equipment Will Be Included in The site Design and Bid Documents. the Scope of Design Services Will include the Ff&e Bid Package. The district Will Procure the Furniture and Custodial Equipment and Will provide Oversight of the Installation of the Ff &e. The District Will provide Information Related to The custodial Equipment to Be Included Within the Ff&e Budget. Cost estimate Range: $30,000,000 to$37,000,000. The Owner Reserves the Right To waive Irregularities and Informalities in the Qualification Statement, reject Any or All Statements Without further Obligation, and to Accept any Statement Deemed in the Best interest of Laramie County School district Number One. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
