Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal and disposal of all old equipment and supply and install Upgrades to power unit, controls, doors and door operators, and fixtures included on 3 elevators. Traveler cable must have minimum of one Cat 6 ethernet for county I.T. Due to high volume of traffic, only one elevator can be down at any given time. Access for elevators and lobbies must be available for public for continued use. LCGC Elevator Modernization The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received as a result of this RFP, or to negotiate separately with competing respondents, and to waive any informalities, defects, or irregularities in any bids, or to accept that bid or bids, which in the judgment of the proper officials, is the best interest of the County.
