Design/build firms that are capable of providing the services listed in the RFQ. The maintenance facility/office remodel is located at 3304 Sheridan Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Anticipated scope of the project: o Architectural and Engineering service o Conversion of vehicle maintenance area to inventory/material storage o Reconfiguration of existing maintenance office space o Expansion of outdoor material/vehicle storage Cheyenne Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all qualification submittals.
