Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Project Description: This project will consist of the new construction of a 2,400 square foot wood-framed building to be used for storage with an adjacent concrete pad for snow removal. New Liquor Warehouse Grounds Storage and Snow Removal Pad, located at 6601 Campstool Road, Cheyenne, WY 82007 Estimated Project Completion date is: April 30, 2026 If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 4:00 p.m. MT on OCT 03, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on October 6, 2025.
