This project will consist of construction of improvements to remediate the Newcastle #1 Landfill, at Newcastle, Wyoming. This will include construction of a gas interceptor trench, groundwater interceptor trench, wet well and meter pit, force main, gravity sewer main, geosynthetic-lined evaporation ponds, and associated work. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, online for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Only bids submitted online and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.
