Drawings depicting the original design sections for the roofs are attached to this solicitation and can be used as a general overview of the existing roof structure. The work entails installing SPF over approximately 90% of the roof, 10% full-depth SPF repair (see details in drawings). Replace all flashing and cap throughout the roof system. The contractor shall protect all existing roof-top components such as, but not limited to, HVAC units, antennas, and appurtenances.
