This project involves roof repairs for Building 22 under a funded request. Approximately 90% of the roof will receive a new Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) layer, while 10% will undergo full-depth SPF repair as detailed in the attached drawings. All flashing and cap throughout the roof system must be replaced. The contractor is responsible for protecting all existing rooftop components, including HVAC units, antennas, and other appurtenances. Gutters and downspouts are to be replaced and painted to match the existing building. Specifications for SPF, flashing, gutters, and downspouts are included. All demolished materials become the property of the contractor and must be removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
