This project generally includes the following alternatives to evaluate the advancement of Cheyenne's water resources: . Evaluate the Belvoir wellfield and determine feasibility for aquifer storage, transfer, and recovery. . Perform water quality blending evaluation to determine feasibility to use surface water from North and South Crow Reservoirs and groundwater from Casper Aquifer as potable source water to be treated at Sherard Water Treatment Plant. . Perform Benefit-Cost Analysis for drought mitigation alternatives.
