Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required for the Visitor Center HVAC Rehabilitation including removal of existing boiler and replacing with redundant boilers, removal and replacement of circulation pumps, motorized dampers; removal of gravity ventilators and replace with gable end wall vent and associated ductwork; removal of existing solar hot water system; remove and replace controls and associated components. Question Deadline 10/01/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on website or in the form of a written addendum posted on October 8, 2025. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Only if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, A Copy of the 10% Cashier Check Will Not Be Accepted.
