The project includes, but is not limited to: 5,558 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP rehabilitation, 4" lateral CIPP lining of one sanitary sewer tap, removal of 166 manhole steps, and coordination with the Owner, all as described in the Contract Documents. Competitive Sealed Bids will be accepted as specified. Bidder pre-qualifications will not be required for this project; however, upon evaluation of bids for award of the Contract, the Bidder(s) must be prepared to demonstrate qualifications by submitting evidence such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction, and other requirements as specified in the Contract Documents. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check, payable to "Goldsmith Gulch Sanitation District" in the amount of not less than five percent of the total bid, will be required until a Contract is executed.
