Renovation of a transportation facility in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
RTD is seeking quotations from qualified firms for Arapahoe Station Stair Repair Patching. The work consists of the repair patching of spalled concrete and cleaning/treating of reinforcement steel on the reinforced concrete stairs north of Arapahoe Rd. on the east side of I-25 (northbound side) at the RTD Arapahoe Station. The work is elevated approximately 28 feet above the ground (Contractor to verify prior to bid). Access to the work shall not be allowed directly from the top of the stairs but must be from below the stairs via a lift device. The south half of the stairs shall remain closed to pedestrian traffic during the work at all times. Bus loading/unloading shall not be disrupted.
