VIA is seeking qualified bidders for the fabrication and delivery of three types of NaviLens signage for bus stops. This Scope of Work defines the requirements for the fabrication and delivery of three types of NaviLens signage for bus stops, ensuring compliance with the technical specifications provided. VIA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of signs and/or decals to be provided during the term of the contract. Additional signs and decals shall be billed at unit prices established in the Price Schedule. All materials must be new and meet durability standards for outdoor exposure, including resistance to fading, weather, and vandalism. Artwork, dimensions, and placement of NaviLens codes must strictly comply with NaviLens Technical Specs. Supplier must provide proofs for approval prior to full production. Upon approval, signs and decals must be packaged to prevent damage during shipping. VIA also reserves the right to elect to pick up orders or have them delivered to the designated location at will.
