The Big Geronimo project consists of street and drainage reconstruction along Big Geronimo in the Geronimo Forest subdivision located in western Bexar County. Estimate: $2,315,145 Roadwork - $875,000 SAWS Question Deadline 10/17/2025 at 4:00 AM CT online submission. or to Buyer/Contact Specialist, Jonathan Preiss, CTPM, jonathan.preiss@bexar.org GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK Scope ofProject: Includes construction of drainage facilities along Big Geronimo in the Geronimo Forest Subdivision located near Culebra Road and Hwy 211 in western Bexar County. Construction will consist ofthe installation of bar ditches and a concrete channel, driveway aprons, and a SAWS water main and associated water services and the reconstruction of approximately 2,100 linear feet ofBig Geronimo. Utilities for this project include overhead electric (CPS), underground water (SAWS) and underground AT&T. CPS and telecoms have previously been relocated to accommodate for the proposed street reconstruction. SAWS water utilities will be joint bid as shown in the Big Geronimo plan set. All contractors are required to investigate and confirm all overhead and underground utilities prior to construction. Bexar County Purchasing Office at 10:00 am for the Big Geronimo project has been cancelled. The Big Geronimo project will be rebid at a later date
