The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids from vendors to supply asphalt sealant, in accordance with listed specifications. This asphalt sealer material will be used by the Public Works Department for the pavement preservation program throughout the City. Vendors must register with the City’s SAePS Vendor Registration in order to view the solicitation and submit a response. After logging into the SAePS portal, vendors should click on “My Bids” or “Other Bids” to view published competitive bids. Additional guides and support for vendors are available online. Completion of vendor registration is required to participate.
