**As of November 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Arcon LLC, with an awarded amount of $348,881.58.** The project is for the NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI COMMUNITY COLLEGE (NEMCC) BID #1077 MODULAR COMPOSITES LAB. Bidders are to submit sealed or electronic bids for the project. Each bidder must include with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided. For electronic bidders, the bid bond must be in electronic format or submitted as an original hard copy prior to bid opening. The official bid documents (plans, specifications, contract documents) can be examined at the President's Office, and are available for download or purchase online. Bidders must obey all Federal, State, County, or City laws and ordinances pertaining to the work, and obtain necessary permits. Structure & Size: Provide a UL-classified prefabricated white-room/lab modular structure sized 30' x 30' x 9'-9" and 28'-3" x 38' x 9'-9", installed to form a contiguous 58'-3" x 38' x 9'-9" cleanroom complex for interior use. Ship disassembled; furnish all hardware for onsite assembly. 2. Seismic: Products engineered/manufactured to Seismic Category D. (See note on quote header.) 3. Installation & Delivery: Provide delivery, installation, and electrical pre-wire for all cleanroom components; include all travel, labor, lifts/equipment, and incidentals to install walls, doors, ceiling, and non-electrical items. 4. Electrical Pre-Wire (Inside Cleanroom): Furnish and install all wiring for outlets, lights, switches, and required electrical components. Concealed wiring in flexible aluminum/steel conduit; exposed in steel conduit. Wire all components to a new interior load center/sub-panel with breakers provided; field-test all wiring. Minimum 12 AWG THHN, circuits on 20A single-pole or 2-pole breakers; pull dedicated grounding conductor to every device. Main building electrical service hookup, phone, and data home-runs are excluded from the Base Bid. 5. Freight: Please provide freight to our facility. Include all freight charges from your facility to ours. Any damages or freight claims shall be filed by the shipper. No additional purchase orders for damaged materials will be accepted. The recipient shall incur no costs for freight claims. This shall include all charges for freight, damage, insurance, fuel surcharges and any other costs that may be incurred.
