The project includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, placement of approximately 315 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt, ST, 12.5mm for leveling, 5,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt, ST, 12.5mm for overlay, and cold milling of bituminous pavement of all depths covering approximately 7,500 square yards. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of planholders maintained by Plan House Printing. Each bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. For bidders submitting electronically, the bond submitted must be either a bond issued by the Surety in electronic format or the original hard copy of the bid bond must be submitted to the City of Booneville prior to bid opening for the bid to be valid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The contractor must furnish surety bonds upon delivery of the executed contract, subject to the Information for Bidders. All applicable laws, ordinances, and rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction apply throughout the contract. Each bidder is responsible for inspecting the site and thoroughly familiarizing themselves with the contract documents. Failure or omission to do so does not relieve any bidder from obligations with respect to the bid. A conditional or qualified bid will not be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest or best responsible, responsive bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the specifications or other contract documents, or should he be in doubt as to the meaning of any part thereof, he should at once submit to COOK COGGIN ENGINEERS, INC., P.O.
