Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Proposals are requested for the Culvert Cleaning Contract 2C-26 in Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, and Kanawha Counties, West Virginia. The work includes cleaning approximately 20,425 linear feet of pipe, approximately 30 outfall channels, and approximately 4 inlet channels. All work under this contract shall be completed by March 27, 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express. Paper bid submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be made via Bid Express in the manner designated in the specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or bid bond in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or $2,000, whichever is greater. All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any or all formalities in bidding. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals for this contract. The WVPA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
