Project #MUN-2025-1035 The City of Revere is proposing to renovate the current McKinley School building to include an Early Education Center, Regional Emergency Communications Center and various city departments of the City of Revere. The renovation, restoration and adaptive re-use will include three distinct program uses fully separated and with three distinct front doors. The project includes: an early childhood classroom building of 22,000 SF on 3 floors, a 911 Call Center with 15,000 GSF of area on 3 floors and municipal office space of 6,500 SF. The project will include an approximate 4,500 SF addition that will include two elevators and one egress stair system. Once completed the total project area will be approximately 43,500 sf and occupy 1.15 acres. Outdoor space will include two parking areas, one play space for young learners, an accessible ramp system and outdoor seating groupings. As well, two new utility plants will be provided to serve each program use independently. Finally, one 140 foot Radio Tower will be located on the site and constructed by the owner's vendor.
