Renovation of a multi-residential development in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work: Prime Contractor in General Construction and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed Update Statement (CQ3). Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified in Glass and Glazing and submit a Filed Sub Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM SubBidder's Update Statement. General Bids and sub-bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit which shall not be less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Revere Housing Authority. Project consists of but is not limited to: The replacement of punched window opening on the north, west and south elevation for all residential units, hallways and stairwells. Additional work includes the replacement of all storefront windows and entrances on the above-mentioned elevations for the first and second floor, miscellaneous masonry repairs and miscellaneous repairs related to the work. The work is estimated to cost approximately $1,300,000.00. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
