McMackin Field Improvements - Phase 3: Prefabricated Buildings The scope of work includes the furnishing and installation of a pre-fabricated, manufacturer supplied, engineered precast concrete restroom and press box building located at a McMackin Field, in Revere, MA. The installation includes crane operation to offload the buildings and safely set the buildings in place. The buildings shall be installed and secured on a cast-in-placed concrete foundation system, in accordance with the manufacturer's technical guidance and installation instructions. The scope of work also includes exterior metal staircase at the press box building, construction zone safety and traffic management and coordination of work. FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF PRESS BOX BUILDING AND STAIRS. Foundations and necessary site work as described in the Construction Documents and Specifications for the building project shall be performed by November 14, 2025, substantial completion of the building project by May 1, 2026, and final completion by June 1, 2026 .
