Renovation of a residential development in Revere, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Deck/Walkway/Stair Improvements at Hyman Towers. Remove existing sealer, patch areas and reseal. The Project consists of but not limited to: Resurfacing of decks and walkways with a polyaspartic coating. Resurfacing of decks and walkways with a polyaspartic coating. This project requires a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Any reference in the bid documents to a lesser amount should be ignored. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. PROJECT ADDRESS: 50 Walnut Avenue Revere, MA 02151 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work is estimated to cost $70,000.00. Numerical Goal for construction contracts is 10% Numerical Goal for non-construction contracts is 3% Completion- 45 consecutive calendar days. Interpretation, correction, or change in the Contract Documents will be made by written Addendum which will become part of the Contract Documents.
