General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Scope of Work The Village of Orland Park is soliciting proposals for the replacement of Pump #4 at the Main Pump Station, which is planned for FY 2026. The pump being replaced is a Byron Jackson Size 20KXL Type 1 STG pump with a GPM rating of 4900gpm at 175 ft TDH, with a US Motors Titan 300HP 460V motor. This pump/motor will be replaced with a new Flowserve #23EKM/2 and US Motors 300HP 460volt motor. The Village wants to have the pump, ball valve, and actuator ordered as soon as possible due to long lead times. The contractor will place an order for the pump, ball valve, and actuator as soon as the contract is awarded/executed, and the Village will provide payment for the pump, ball valve, and actuator when they arrives. The piping will also need to be replaced with the pump/motor combo. The control valve for the pump will be replaced from a hydraulically operated BFV to an electronically operated ball valve.
