The system must be durable, weather-resistant, and designed for optimal visibility in an outdoor environment. A. Scope of Work The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Video Wall Installation o Provide and install one (1) outdoor-rated LED video wall at the designated location. o Ensure the display is positioned for optimal visibility from common viewing areas. o Mounting system must be designed and installed for outdoor conditions, ensuring resistance to weather, vandalism, and structural movement. o Securely anchor all components according to manufacturer specifications and relevant codes. 2. Media Player and Controls o Provide and install a media player or control device to serve as the content source for the videowall. o Configure the media player for scheduling, playback, and content management, including the ability to update media remotely or onsite. o Integrate system with existing County AV infrastructure if applicable. 3. Cabling and Connections o Furnish and install all necessary wiring and conduits for power and data, including trenching or pathway creation if needed. o Terminate all electrical and data connections at appropriate junctions inside the building. o Provide surge protection and grounding per code and equipment specifications. o Coordinate power requirements with County Facilities staff. 4. Programming and Commissioning o Program all equipment and control systems to ensure proper operation of the display and content delivery system. o Include all licensing for programs/systems used. o Conduct full system commissioning, testing, and verification to demonstrate operational readiness. 5. Contractor Deliverables o System warranties, including manufacturer and installation warranties. o Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for all installed equipment. o Onsite training for County-designated staff on system operation and maintenance. o As-built drawings detailing locations of installed equipment, wiring pathways, and connections. 6.
