Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Myrtle Beach will be receiving Invitation for Bid (IFB) 26-B0010 for Thunderbolt Park Trail. This project consists of the construction of an extension to the existing Thunderbolt Park trail, irrigation installation, water line installation to service new water fountain, driveway installation, and a new parking lot. The proposed project consists of the construction of the Thunderbolt Park Trail extension and a new parking lot for the City of Myrtle Beach, SC. The proposed site is located from 2290 Farrow Parkway up to Emory Road and is sited on three separate parcels including PIN: 44200000022, 44209010002, and 44209010003 totaling 19.99 acres. The proposed site is to connect to the existing Thunderbolt Trail and provide a parking lot for public access. Other site work items include the associated earthwork required, driveway access off Emory Road, a domestic water line to serve a new water fountain, and irrigation services. Also included are two culvert crossings, that shall be provided to allow drivers access to the parking lot from Emory Road and continuous trail access to the existing portion of the Thunderbolt Trail.
