Renovation of a municipal facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Myrtle Beach, SC MPO Roof Replacement The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the roof replacement project at the Myrtle Beach MPO. Work includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roof system as detailed in the Summary of Work. Construction must begin no later than forty-five (45) calendar days and be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must coordinate all work to avoid interference with facility operations and comply with USPS safety and subcontracting requirements. Additional requirements include submission of bonding documentation, a subcontracting plan, a project-specific safety plan, and adherence to contractor screening protocols. Offerors must submit proposals via USPS eSourcing Coupa and meet all minimum qualifications, including experience profile, pricing documentation, and affirmation of contract terms. Location: Myrtle Beach MPO, 505 N Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577-3978, Horry County, South Carolina. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
