Bids are solicited for the New District Maintenance & Bus Depot Facility at 3600 Old Oakdale Road, South Fayette Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, under four contract categories: General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Fire Protection Construction, and Electrical Construction. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly marked with the project name, specific contract name and number, and company name. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check for ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount, payable to or indemnifying the South Fayette Township School District. Required documents to be submitted include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor’s Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority if applicable. Registration as a Prime Bidder is required and is automatic upon request and purchase of the full Project Manual and Drawings. Registration requests must be on company letterhead and include the company name, contracts being bid, and contact details. All bids must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive informalities.
