Sealed proposals are requested for the Seneca Valley Intermediate High School and Performing Arts Center Addition and Renovation project at 124 Seneca School Road, Harmony, Pennsylvania, under multiple prime contracts including General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing/Fire Protection, Electrical, Architectural Casework, and Asbestos Abatement Construction. Bids are to be submitted net of owner-provided insurance, with the lowest responsible bidder determined on this basis. Bids must exclude the costs for General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Builder's Risk Insurance. Alternate bids and unit prices should also exclude these insurance costs. Bidders are required to submit a proposal guaranty of not less than ten percent of the total base bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Qualification Questionnaire, and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority if applicable. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any informality in the bidding. Prime bidders must register to receive notifications and access to project updates. A prebid meeting will be held at the Intermediate School Cafeteria, with site tours conducted afterward. Instructions on accessing the site will be given at the meeting. Bidders are directed to park in the student parking lot west of the IHS and access the cafeteria through the exterior doors outside of the cafeteria.
