The intent of this RFP is to retain the services of an Owners Representative (OE) firm to assist the County in the implementation and management of a new youth detention facility containing approximately 40,000 SF with potential for 50,000 GSF new youth detention facility. Estimated compensation for this position is based on industry-standard rates and anticipated duration of involvement (24 - 30 months) and is projected at $260,000 - $450,000 on a not-toexceed basis, depending on contract structure and selected firm.
