Site work for a water / sewer project in Bristol, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Bids will be received for the Mechanical work required for the construction and installation of improvements to the existing public water supply system serving the Prudence Park community. Sealed bids will be accepted at Northeast Water Solutions, 567 South County Trail, Suite 116, Exeter, RI 02822, and opened and read immediately after the close of bid receipt. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained in electronic (pdf) format from Northeast Water Solutions, Inc. Prospective bidders may visit the work site at the Prudence Park Pump House, Parcel ID 79-75, off Atlantic Avenue. If planning to visit, bidders must contact Edward ORourke. The successful bidder must comply with all Rhode Island Laws, including provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 37 pertaining to prevailing wage rates, and all other applicable local, state, and federal laws. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after the closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner and Project Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the proposal that best serves the interest of the Owner.
