**As of December 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Pacific Concrete Cutting & Coring, Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,376,645.02.** Furnishing and paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery, and services necessary to construct in place complete improvements at Hanapepe Stadium Tennis Courts, County of Kaua'i. All prospective bidders must have a Hawai'i State Contractor's License Type "A" or Specialty License C-3 AND C3-b AND C-25 AND C-31a AND C-13 prior to submittal of bids. Bidders are required to utilize the Hawai'i Compliance Express (HCE) for proof of compliance with tax, registration, and labor requirements prior to award issuance. Bids must be submitted via the Public Purchase System. Vendors must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Kauai County Agency. Question Deadline 10/24/2025
