Sealed bids will be received for Solid Waste Collection Services. Bid proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as “Solid Waste Collection Services for the Township of Hainesport, Burlington County, New Jersey.” Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Office of the Municipal Clerk/Administrator, 1401 Marne Highway, Hainesport NJ 08036 during regular business hours. There will be a non-refundable charge for hardcopy specifications. An electronic copy request may be made via the provided email. Mail requests must include company details. Bidders must comply with all BID requirements, including being knowledgeable of any addenda, which will be issued on the township's website and emailed directly to those who received specifications. Compliance is required with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:37 (Mandatory Equal Employment), N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Affirmative Action Program), P.L. 1975 Chapter 33 (Statement of Ownership), and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-18 (American Goods & Products used where possible). Hainesport Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the bid in its best interest.
