Sealed bids are requested for solid waste collection services in Hainesport Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. The bid proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as “Solid Waste Collection Services for the Township of Hainesport, Burlington County, New Jersey.” Specifications and additional bid information can be obtained at the Office of the Municipal Clerk/Administrator during regular business hours. There is a non-refundable charge for hardcopy specifications, and electronic copies can be requested via email. Bidders must ensure they are familiar with all addenda related to the procurement and comply with the requirements of the bid. Bidders must also comply with statutes and regulations concerning equal employment, affirmative action, and ownership statements, as well as use American goods and products where possible. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the bid deemed in the Township's best interest.
