Maplewood Meadows, Phases 2A and 2B, contain 120 and 185 residential lots respectively. Maplewood Meadows, Phases 2A and 2B Earthwork Improvements consist of grading approximately 120 and 185 residential lots respectively and approximately 8,700 linear feet of local streets and 1,110 linear feet of collector streets. Maplewood Meadows, Phase 2A Utility Improvements consist of approximately 3,000 linear feet of residential sanitary sewer, 300 linear feet of regional sanitary sewer, 3,700 linear feet of residential waterline, and 1,100 linear feet of storm sewer. Maplewood Meadows, Phase 2A Paving Improvements consist of approximately 10,600 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving, and 3,300 SY of 7" reinforced concrete and approximately 250 SY of concrete sidewalk. The Maplewood Meadows FM 2932 TxDOT improvements consist of approximately 170 SY of 7" reinforced concrete improvements and 1,300 SY of 2" asphalt improvements.
