Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of Water, Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Facilities and Paving and Appurtenances to serve North Diamondhead Boulevard Phase 2 and Newport Pointe Section 6. Bids must be submitted either in person or electronically via the provided website after completing registration. A non-refundable fee is required to obtain the bidding documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference must be attended by all bidders. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check, not less than five percent of the bid submitted, must accompany each bid. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply, and bidders must comply or face contract termination. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, with the successful bidder being the one judged most advantageous and economical for completion of the project.
