Renovation of an educational facility in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
STEWART BUILDERS, as Construction Manager at Risk for Katy ISD, is soliciting proposals from Sub-Contractors, Equipment Manufacturers, and Material Suppliers for an Early Release Package for the Hayes Elementary and McRoberts Elementary Renovation Projects. The scope of work for the Early Release Package may include, but is not limited to, the purchase of Equipment / Material Only for the following products: Air Handling Units (AHUs), Chillers, Main Switch Board (MSB), Electrical Distribution Panel(s), Generator, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Structural Steel, Brick, Exterior Curtainwall, and Storefront delivered F.O.B. to the jobsite. Proposals will be received at the office of Stewart Builders, 23000 NW Lake Drive, Houston, TX 77095, until 2:00 PM CST on Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Email proposals are accepted and can be sent to bids@stewartbuildersgc.com. All proposals shall remain valid for a minimum period of sixty (60) days unless noted otherwise and will be evaluated based on the best value for Katy ISD and the project schedule. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposal process, and to make the awards in the best interest of Katy ISD.
